Requirements
B.E/B. Tech in Civil Engineering or railway related engineering disciples like Signalling & Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering and Mechanical Engineering.
Manager – Proposals

Job Description
◊ Manage proposal schedules and deadlines, ensuring timely completion of all tasks.
◊ Organize and lead proposal kick-off meetings, strategy sessions, and review meetings.
◊ Track and report on proposal progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues.
◊ Maintain a proposal calendar to coordinate efforts across multiple proposals and deadlines.
◊ Implement quality control measures to ensure the accuracy and completeness of proposals.
◊ Conduct thorough reviews of proposal documents to identify and correct errors or inconsistencies.

Location: Hyderabad, India

◊Develop detailed designs for overhead electrification systems of 1X25kv and 2X25kv, including the placement of masts, cantilevers, and wiring.
◊Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and calculations for OHE projects.
◊Use CAD software to create and modify designs, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
◊Ensure all designs comply with relevant industry standards, safety regulations, and railway-specific guidelines.
◊Conduct regular reviews and updates of designs to meet regulatory changes and project specifications.
