    JOB PURPOSE

    In view of the new Landscape development works at more than 50 Acres of area under CPD beautification project, undertaking site supervision for the execution of Horticulture, soft-scaping (Land preparation & plantation etc.) Works. Monitoring work progress throughout the development phases and co-ordination with concerned stakeholders and maintenance of the developed landscaping upon completion of the project.

    To install, operate and maintain Lift Irrigation Systems, Automatic Landscape Irrigation systems and water bodies by using comprehensive team management skills to ensure maximum uptime of systems, maximum water availability and water saving to keep the landscape look good, green and fresh.

    • Interaction with vendors of irrigation, fountains and compost plant regarding day to day work
    • Interaction with vendors of landscape maintenance regarding day to day work

    Interaction with stores team for material issue

    Interaction with technical services team regarding electrical and water issues in day to day work

    Interaction with Landscape Horticulturists for water requirements  and maintenance activities of various areas

    Interaction with Head – Landscape and Spectilaist – Landscape for daily work reporting

    • New Irrigation system development project worth Rs. 50 lakhs.
    • Maintenance of the irrigation systems, fountains worth Rs 50 Lakhs / Annum

    Leading the team of 20 people (Technicians/Helpers) employed with service providers (Irrigation and Fountains)EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS

    B.Tech.(Agri. Engg) With 2-4 yrs. of relevant exp. in development, operation and maintenance of Landscape Irrigation Systems.

    RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

    Thorough knowledge about various landscape irrigation products like pipes, drip, sprinklers

    Thorough knowledge of different types of pumps

    Thorough lnowledge of automation of irrigation systems
    A minimum of 4 years of hard core experience in Landscape irrigation systems development & sustainable maintenance
    Computer literate. Able to work on MS office
    Good communication skill in English & Hindi.
