We are recruiting for a CRM Executive!

The CRM Exec sits within the Marketing and Commercial Team, reporting directly to the CRM Manager.

The key purpose of this role is supporting the delivery of the Avanti West Coast CRM strategy, with a primary focus on Acquisition, Nurture and Retention.

There is a key commercial focus to the job, with a need to drive incremental revenue and to exceed year-on-year benchmarks across all key metrics.

What are the essentials of the job?

  • Define and support the CRM strategy with a focus on customer retention that increases ATF and reduces churn.
  • Plan and execute an effective cross-channel Customer Acquisition strategy
  • Work with external agencies to assist the end-to-end delivery of CRM campaigns & programs: including planning, briefing, implementation and post campaign analysis.
  • Work with Data Analysts, and other external agencies, to define and understand customer segments that guide both content and contact strategies to maximise ROI.
  • Appraise creative and design work constructively to produce effective communications that adhere to the Avanti West Coast brand guidelines.
  • Monitor CRM performance metrics and identify areas to optimise future performance.
  • Build close working relationships with internal stakeholders to assess and leverage strategic and tactical revenue driving opportunities.
  • Build productive working relationships with key stakeholders within the Avanti West Coast organisation and external agencies.
