JOB PURPOSE Operation & Maintenance of Security & Surveillance systems of Airside Landside at RGIA in a safe cost effective manner with adherence to the rules of BCAS.

Uptime of Infrastructure facilities present in Airside & Landside to ensure its serviceability for hassle free operations. Availability
Monitoring and controlling AMC to perform better in handling assets by imparting relevant knowledge and conducting training activities. Performance Monitoring
Compliance to DGCA norms and also to all audits either internal or external audits conductedStatutory/ Regulatory and Mandatory Compliance
Adherence to PM Schedules and monitoring of repeated failures PPM Compliance report
To monitor expenses as per approved AOPApproved Budget
Closing of SAP notification  – 95 % Within 3 working daysSAP Report
To complete number of approved process improvement projects No. of  projects completed
 Attending all minor/ major complaints, received/ raised from operations, other departments at the earliest and also to attend maintenance related issues within shortest period. No of Complaints


Interact with Central Industrial Security Force(CISF) for entry of Men, Material & Machinery into Airside

Interact with Annual Maintenance Contract(AMC) team for carrying out maintenance activities for uptime of assets

Interact with Vendors appointed for carrying out essential service jobs for operations requirements

Interact with external audit agencies for compliance of observations madeINTERNAL INTERACTIONS

Interact with Airside Operations to perform any activities for operations requirements and to obtain work permits for works in Airside.

Interact with Procurements & Contracts team regarding technical evaluation of Vendor’s capability and technical negotiations

Interact with Security team for Airport Entry Passes (AEP) to AMC and appointed vendors for job execution

Interact with RAXA team for planning & execution of works related to Landside pavements.

Interact within or other team/ department members for any assistance required to address any issue/ complaint/ requirement.FINANCIAL DIMENSIONS

  • B.E/ B. Tech in Civil Engineering
  • Diploma in Civil



  • 2-4 years of experience in construction of pavements (preferably 2 years of Airports), RCC structures, Walls, Drains & Buildings.
