    JOB PURPOSE

     Accurate and Timely Processing of Payments, complying with applicable policies and procedures.

    Payment Processing as per SOP:Prepare and flash Daily and Weekly Fund reportsPrepare and flash Weekly Ready-to-Pay reportsAdherence to the approved instructions from Business/Team ManagerPreparation of Payment Documents and SAP Accounting entriesCoordination with Business and Banks for Payments, and ensure confirmationUpdate Payment Completion Report Performance as per defined SLA

    Zero loss due to duplicate payments or double payments to vendors for SSC Processed invoices and Payments

    Volume of Payment Transactions approx. 8,000 – 10,000 per month

    EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS

    • B.Com/BBM/BBA

    RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

    • 1 to 3 years of  responsible position in a finance and accounts department
    • Exposure to SAP preferred   or other standard Enterprise-level ERP
    • Basic knowledge of Indian Accounting and Taxation preferable
